sort of did get this, but not sure how it applies in terms of the library's approach to clients - can't really imagine doing my work this way - there is so much 'it depends' in copyright that the best improvement to delivering the message might only be a video phone: both sides of the conversation really do need to be able to interact if possible - there's always one more factor to consider - so one-way delivery in whatever format is still just one way delivery
